Today, Prime Minister-designate Nicolae Ciucă submitted to Parliament the governing programme and the list of ministers in his proposed cabinet. It is now up to the Permanent Bureaus of the two chambers to schedule hearings in committees for the proposed ministers as well as the date of the plenary meeting of both chambers to vote on the new cabinet. Theoretically, if this proposed cabinet does not have support in Parliament either, President Klaus Iohannis could make another nomination or dissolve Parliament.
