The Polish government will send a medical mission to Romania to help Bucharest in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic owing to a worsening medical situation in the country, reported The First News, an English-language newspaper in Poland.

“In relation to the extremely difficult situation in Romania caused by Covid-19, after consultations with (Romanian) President Klaus Iohannis and Prime Minister Florin Citu, we decided to send a medical mission to Romania”, Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki tweeted on Sunday. “Let’s get through this together!”, he added.
