The Romanian film “Întregalde”, directed by Radu Muntean, won the award for the best foreign film at the Haifa International Film Festival. The movie is a gripping tale of best intentions gone wrong as it follows a trio of well-meaning aid workers from Bucharest on a food delivery mission to the rural hinterlands of the Întregalde area of Transylvania.
